William D. Taylor

William D. Taylor's practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation in federal court.

Mr. Taylor graduated cum laude from the SMU Dedman School of Law, where he served as an articles editor for the SMU Law Review and was named a member of the Order of the Coif. He won the best casenote award and was published in the SMU Law Review. After law school, Mr. Taylor began his legal career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable John H. McBryde, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Texas.

Following his judicial clerkship, Mr. Taylor joined the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. While there, his practice focused primarily on antitrust and unfair competition class actions in multiple jurisdictions, and also included a variety of other cases ranging from breach of contract actions to pro bono criminal appeals.

Susan E. Taylor’s practice focuses primarily on appeals.

Ms. Taylor received her B.S. summa cum laude in mathematics from Pensacola Christian College. She received her J.D. magna cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she served as articles editor for the Texas Tech Law Review and was named as a member of the Order of the Coif. Prior to entering private practice, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth Lang-Miers of the Fifth District Court of Appeals for the State of Texas.
